TERM & CONDITIONS

Deposits

For one to two nights, full payment for the booking will be required. Three nights or longer will require a 50% deposit of the overall booking tariff.

Your deposit must reach us before your arrival to secure booking.

Balance Payments

Please remember your final balance, if due, Will be required on your departure date as we Can only accept cash or sterling cheque.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by you The Client

  1. In event of a cancellation of your booking within 48 hrs of your arrival date and full payment has been received by us,there will be NO refund.
  2. In the same event but your cancellation is outside the 48hrs we will refund 50% of your full payment if received by us.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel Your booking with us we will make a full refund To you including any deposit made by you.
We do not cater for animals, except guide dogs for the blind, or hearing dogs.
