A warm welcome awaits you at our home in rural Norfolk situated in the village of Weeting, on the A1065, 1 mile from Brandon and 14 miles from the market town of Swaffham. The historic town of Bury St Edmunds is a 19 mile car journey though lovely countryside.If you are visiting High Lodge for a concert in the forest and are staying with us we offer free travel to and from the venue. We are ideally placed for visiting the Norfolk Fens and Coastal areas as well as Suffolk’s Historic cities and Market Towns. There are many Bird watching areas such as Weeting Heath Nature Reserve and Hockwold Fens.
Yew Tree Barn dates back to 1715, and is ideally placed to explore all that the Breckland area has to offer. We are on the Norfolk Suffolk Border with Historic Cambridgeshire only 40 mins away. The Norfolk coast is less than an hour’s travel away, and right on our doorstep is the Norfolk Countryside and miles of unspoilt Forestry to walk or cycle.
The King size room offers full en-suite facilities. The room has a flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview. Tea & Coffee making facilities, Hair Dryer and Towels supplied.
